MISSION STATEMENT
TO BECOME THE LARGEST BUILDER AND DEVELOPER IN THE UNITED STATES UTILIZING AUTOCLAVE AERATED CONCRETE (AAC) PRODUCTS AND TECHNOLOGY.
At Delta Core Development, we want to lead the United States construction industry into an era of change. To share with the industry existing technology while continuing to find new technology that will help all of us do what we do better.
Goal: To fulfill the company MISSION STATEMENT and expand AAC’s exposure and acceptance into the U.S. market
Objectives:
- Schedule educational training programs/seminars geared toward the technical aspects of AAC focusing on support for architects, engineers, city planners, etc...
- Schedule educational training programs/seminars geared to the application process of AAC focusing on General Contractors, sub-contractors, developers, etc.
- Introduce AAC to the general public through a marketing campaign designed to generate public excitement through trade showers, trade magazines, radio/TV advertising, website development, etc…
- Protect the image of AAC as a product by developing a certified inspection process for installation practices, code compliance, and insurance benefits.
- Develop Delta Core Building System (DCBS) structures in local markets to be used as marketing tools.
- Promote “GREEN” building aspects of the DCBS.
- Be proactive in building designs that address insurance industry concerns for underwriting.
- Develop an engineering package of typical designs for residential and commercial construction application suitable to the market in which they are to be built.
